Hello Ann, Jason, I hope you're both well. My wife and I (Joyce and Greg from S.F.) really enjoyed the Studio.....it made our stay in Portland just THAT much nicer. Fantastic location.....easy to walk everywhere (which we did). The Studio itself is compact but has EVERYTHING! The Bed was probably the best we've ever slept in away from home. We liked the location in the building......off the street, AND on the 2nd floor we looked out across the top of the neighboring building......lots of light. I couldn't believe the hot water in the bathroom.......it was like an insta-hot unit......immediately hot......no waiting for hot water! THAT'S A BIGGIE BONUS. It was also great not having to worry about parking. Very simply......can't say enough about the studio. When we come back to Portland (we loved it there).......we'll be staying at the Studio!
We had a wonderful time in Portland mostly due to your GREAT studio’s location and comfort. Every little detail about the studio screamed comfort and practicality with dab of luxury (laundry, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and even the wonderful closet which allowed us to hide our bags/stuff, be organized and feel like locals). It was wonderful to be able to either walk every where or take the trolley/MAX. And when we went by car to Lincoln City to go glass float hunting on the beach, we knew when we made it home late there would be a spot to park close by and a cozy fireplace to warm us up.
Halloween night was a blast! We rounded up some costumes and joined the Portland Halloween enthusiasts, which are many at a PICA Halloween Party downtown and several Nob Hill neighborhood bars just following the crowds around.
GREAT coffee, tea and beer at every corner plus we ate at a different WONDERFUL restaurant every day! LOVED PORTLAND!

We absolutely loved our stay. The serenity of the flat allowed us to really relax after moving around the city on foot all day. We've covered a lot of ground in four days. We'll be back! In the meantime, a highly recommended haven to friends and colleagues!

Ann - Thank you so much for this wonderful studio. The fully stocked kitchen, bathroom – all the subtle touches made the studio our home away from home. Your food choices were incredible - LOVED Swagat and Serratto. All in all, Portland is an incredible town and the Everett Street Studio made our stay comfortable & luxurious w/o a huge price tag as some other options would have provided. Thank you for your hospitality – we'll be back next year – The Brewer's Fest will be an annual excursion... cheers!

Hi Ann! Your studio couldn't have been more comfortable, convenient, or (frankly) cute! It was the perfect location for our visit to Portland. The kitchen was great – so nice to have good coffee 1st thing in the morning! And even with the crazy hot spell during our visit, we stayed cool & comfortable. Serrato was a great suggestion for happy hour, and we also enjoyed Deschutes more than once. Again, everything was wonderful and we only wish we could stay longer!

Ann – I've enjoyed my stay in the darling little hide-away in the heart of the city more than I can say. All of one's needs have been anticipated & “fully equipped” actually means just that! Love the vivid colors: crispy white & scarlet & black. Fun to 'play house' in such a great & comfortable setting. Comfy bed & linens; hot, hot water; good lighting for my inevitable reading in bed & bath. Despite my aches & pains, I was completely comfortable.

Ann & Jason – The condo was a perfect place for our stay – Perfect location also. We were within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The bed was quite comfortable. “Fully equipped” was not an exaggeration... we had everything we needed. Hope the condo is available for our next visit. Best bang for the buck in Portland.

A & J – Fantastic time in Portland! Even more fun then I had remembered. Super convenient, close to all this city has to offer. Maybe too close to all the shopping, did lots!! Sweet little setup here, cloudlike feel with the sheets and pillows. Natalie says that Ann has her life, cute little condo, college in Montana, and life in Oregon. Can't wait to relocate – real estate mags in hand.
