Before 11:00 a.m.

DEPOSITS
In order to guarantee your reservation, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required; this amount will be charged to your credit card as soon as your reservation request has been accepted and you have been notified in writing. The balance owed (rental fee minus the deposit of $50) will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to check-in.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to check-in (the $50 deposit is non-refundable.) No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check-in unless the studio is rebooked for the same time period. If the Owner needs to cancel a reservation for any reason prior to check-in all money will be refunded to the Renter.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The balance owed (rental fee minus the deposit of $50) will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to check-in. If  you would prefer to pay the rental fee with cash, check, or PayPal please contact us so that we can arrange  for  payment (also due 30 days prior to check-in). All renters must submit the required $50 deposit with a credit card - providing credit card information for our records.

After the entire rental fee has been paid the guest will receive instructions for entering the condo building and the studio.

NUMBER OF GUESTS
Is limited to 2.

PARKING
One on-street parking permit is available for Renters use during their stay. This permit, which is located at the studio, is to be left at the studio at the end of the rental term. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee charged to the Renter(s) credit card.

DAMAGES
Renters are responsible for maintaining the condo and leaving it undamaged and reasonable clean. Disregard of this responsibility on the part of the Renter will be grounds for termination of this agreement at the sole discretion of the owner. Disorderly conduct of the Renter(s) is also cause for termination. In either of these 2 circumstances, the Renter will forfeit any deposits and fees paid. The Renter(s) submitting the rental request shall be liable for any damage to the condo and its contents and will have their credit card charged accordingly.

ACCESS
If the Owner (or maintenance services) needs to enter the studio during the rental period for reasons such as mechanical maintenance, every effort will be made to give the Renter sufficient notice in hopes of finding a mutually agreeable time.

INDEMNITY
The owner is not responsible for circumstances beyond his/her control. Rental of the property and occupation thereof is entirely at the risk of the Renter(s); and while every effort is made by the Owner for the comfort and safety of Renters, the Owner is not responsible for such comfort and safety while they occupy the Owner’s property during the period of tenancy, unless through willful negligence of Owner.
