Reservation Process
Please note: From January 18 - February 26, 2012 we will not be responding to reservation requests (we own a Bed and Breakfast and this is our Winter Closure time.) You may submit a reservation request and the dates will book out for you on the calendar. We will confirm all reservations made during this time the final week in February.
1. Either submit a reservation request through our 'request a reservation' page
or call us.
(please review our policies page and availability calender prior to doing so)

2. We will contact you within 24 hour
(to confirm your request based on availability)
3. Once your reservation is confirmed a $50 deposit is required
(for this we require credit card payment)
4. The balance owed will be due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival
(rental fee minus the deposit of $50)
Rates
Nightly $110 (two night minimum)
Weekly $675
Plus an additional 12.5% lodging tax.
Cleaning fees are included.
Methods of payment include: credit cards, checks, or PayPal.
$50 of the total reservation fee is due at time of booking as a deposit to hold the reservation.
